Costa Guide is a digital guide and recommendation platform that helps users discover local services, experiences and third-party offers at the Costa del Sol and other destinations.
By accessing or using the Costa Guide website, web app, QR flows, recommendation pages, links or related digital services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Costa Guide.
What Costa Guide does
Costa Guide helps users discover relevant third-party services and offers, including but not limited to activities, tours, restaurants, food delivery, car rental, local experiences, leisure services and other travel-related options.
Costa Guide may provide:
- information about third-party services;
- recommendations based on location, category, timing, partner context or user interaction;
- links to external websites, apps or booking platforms;
- affiliate links or referral links;
- QR-based access to local recommendations;
- partner-specific landing pages or referral flows.
Costa Guide may receive commissions, referral fees or other commercial compensation when users click, book or purchase through links shown on the platform.
What Costa Guide does not do
Costa Guide does not sell, provide, operate, organize, manage, control or fulfil third-party services.
Costa Guide is not:
- a travel agency;
- a tour operator;
- a transport provider;
- a taxi company;
- a restaurant;
- a food delivery company;
- an activity provider;
- a car rental company;
- a booking provider;
- a payment processor for ordinary third-party affiliate services;
- a party to contracts between users and external providers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in separate written terms, Costa Guide does not control and is not responsible for the prices, availability, descriptions, images, quality, safety, legality, cancellation policies, refund policies, customer service or performance of third-party services.
Third-party providers and external links
When you click a link, button, offer, QR result, recommendation or call-to-action that leads to a third-party website, app, booking platform or provider, you leave the Costa Guide platform.
Any booking, purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, customer service request, complaint, dispute or agreement relating to that third-party service is handled directly between you and the relevant third-party provider.
The third-party provider's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, cancellation rules, refund policy and service rules apply.
Costa Guide is not a party to your agreement with any external provider.
You are responsible for checking all relevant details before booking or purchasing through an external provider.
Affiliate disclosure
Costa Guide may receive a commission, referral fee, marketing fee or other commercial compensation when you click, book or purchase through links shown on the platform.
This does not normally increase the price you pay unless this is clearly stated by the external provider.
Commercial relationships may influence which offers are displayed, how offers are ordered or which services are recommended. Costa Guide aims to keep recommendations useful, relevant and transparent.
AI recommendations
Costa Guide may use AI, automated systems or recommendation logic to suggest activities, services, categories, offers or external providers.

Costa Guide does not guarantee that a recommendation is the best, cheapest, safest, most suitable, most available or most appropriate option for your personal situation.
You remain responsible for checking all relevant details, conditions, risks, times, prices, locations and suitability before booking or purchasing through an external provider.
User responsibility
By using Costa Guide, you agree that you are responsible for:
- checking all information before booking externally;
- reading and understanding the external provider's own terms;
- checking dates, times, prices, locations, availability and cancellation rules;
- deciding whether a service is suitable for your personal needs, health, travel plans and circumstances;
- complying with local laws, venue rules and provider rules;
- using the platform lawfully and respectfully;
- not relying solely on Costa Guide for important travel, safety, legal, medical or financial decisions.
No guarantee of availability or accuracy
Costa Guide aims to provide useful and relevant information, but much of the information displayed on or through the platform may come from third-party providers, affiliate networks, external websites, public sources or automated systems.
Costa Guide does not guarantee that all prices, availability, descriptions, opening hours, images, reviews, ratings, locations, service details or offers are complete, accurate, current or error-free.
The information shown by the external provider at the time of booking or purchase is leading.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costa Guide is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, delay, injury, disappointment, cancellation, missed booking, missed flight, missed reservation, refund issue, price change, no-show, service failure, provider error or other issue arising from or connected to:
- third-party services;
- external providers;
- external websites or apps;
- affiliate partners;
- booking platforms;
- payment providers used by third parties;
- inaccurate or outdated information supplied by third parties;
- actions, omissions, delays, failures or decisions of external providers.
Costa Guide is only responsible for its own platform service to the extent required by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this is not allowed under applicable law.
Taxi and transfer services
Taxi, transfer or transport services may be subject to separate terms when offered through Costa Guide or an integrated partner.
These general Terms do not create any obligation for Costa Guide to provide transport services.
Costa Guide is not a transport provider unless this is explicitly stated in separate transport-specific terms.
Intellectual property
Costa Guide owns or licenses its brand, logo, design, content structure, platform layout, copy, recommendations, visuals, software elements and related materials.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Costa Guide platform without prior written permission from Costa Guide.
Acceptable use
You may not use Costa Guide to:
- break the law;
- misuse or disrupt the platform;
- interfere with security features;
- scrape, copy or harvest content at scale;
- provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- manipulate tracking, referrals or affiliate attribution;
- damage Costa Guide, its users, partners or reputation;
- use Costa Guide materials for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.
Costa Guide may restrict, suspend or block access if misuse is suspected.
Changes to the platform and these Terms
Costa Guide may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the platform, content, recommendations, links, providers, features or these Terms from time to time.
The latest version of these Terms applies when you use the platform.
Where appropriate, Costa Guide may provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
